Rockstar Games has finally made Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy - Definitive Edition available to Netflix users as part of their subscription, amidst the anticipation surrounding GTA VI. Additionally, users of iOS and Android will be able to get it for free from their respective app stores. The Grand Theft Auto trilogy consists of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, and Grand Theft Auto III Definitive Edition, for those who are unaware. The three games' mobile versions, which have extra features, may also be purchased separately, according to the Rockstar Games blog. Among these is a brand-new Classic Lighting mode that aims to bring back the atmosphere and sky look of the original games.

For PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC, Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition is already accessible through the Rockstar Games Launcher, Steam, and Epic Games shop.

Release of the GTA VI trailer

The GTA VI trailer was released earlier this month, and now GTA Trilogy is available on Netflix, iOS, and Android.

The GTA VI teaser categorically confirms two persistent rumors that have piqued the interest of enthusiastic fans. First of all, GTA VI will bring back the recognizable GTA Vice City layout, bringing back memories of the unique elements of the original setting for those who love it. Second, the trailer teases a big reveal: the game will have a female protagonist, breaking with the tradition of male-centric storytelling found in earlier Grand Theft Auto games.

The game map is shown in a cinematic panorama in the teaser, invoking memories of GTA Vice City's famous sunsets in the warm tones of dusk. This artistic tribute serves as a heartfelt and emotional link to a cherished gaming era for a large number of players across the globe.

The protagonist, Lucia, is presented as a runaway, which establishes the mood for what looks to be an exciting story. After then, the teaser shows the well-known Vice City beach in all of its beauty, complete with boats, yachts, and silhouettes of birds against the sky. The water textures' remarkable graphics richness pushes the limits between gaming and cinematic experiences with their realistic depiction.

The trailer ends with a bombshell from Rockstar Games: GTA VI is scheduled for a 2025 release, despite previous rumors that claimed a 2024 release.
