The official release date of the OnePlus 12 series in international regions has been declared by OnePlus. On December 5, the OnePlus 12 was introduced in China. On January 23, 2024, it is scheduled to debut in other countries, including India. At a OnePlus launch event, the flagship phone and the OnePlus 12R will be unveiled. An executive from the firm has already disclosed the devices' global launch date of January 23.

At the company's Never Settle community event in Antwerp earlier this month, Alexander Vanderhaeghe, the country manager of OnePlus Benelux, also announced that the OnePlus 12 would be released on January 23 in Europe and other international markets. The phone will be released in tandem with the OnePlus 12R, the successor to the OnePlus 11R. The OnePlus 12R is anticipated to be more affordable than the company's flagship phone and marketed towards gamers.

The OnePlus 12, which debuted in China on December 5, is equipped with Qualcomm's most recent Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC and a 5,400mAh battery that supports 100W wired SuperVOOC charging. Up to 24GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4 internal storage come integrated with the Snapdragon CPU. With a refresh rate ranging from 1Hz to 120Hz and a peak brightness of 4,500 nits, the 6.82-inch quad-HD+ (1,440 x 3,168 pixels) LTPO OLED screen powers the OnePlus 11 successor. The phone has Hasselblad-branded cameras, which feature an optical image stabilization (OIS) equipped 50-megapixel primary lens with a Sony LYT-808 sensor. In China, the base model of the OnePlus 12, which comes with 12GB+256GB of RAM and storage, costs CNY 4,299, or around Rs. 50,700. The prices of the 16GB+1TB and 16GB+512GB versions are CNY 4,799 (about Rs. 56,600) and CNY 5,299 (about Rs. 62,500), respectively.
