Lava Storm 5G Is Rumored to Arrive Soon; India Price and SoC Leaked

The Yuva 3 Pro is an entry-level smartphone that Lava just released in India. The phone has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, an HD+ display, a 5,000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging, a 50-megapixel primary sensor, and a Unison T616 SoC. The company also unveiled the Lava Blaze 2 5G in November, a low-cost 5G device featuring a MediaTek Density 6020 processor, in the nation. Lava appears to be getting ready to release the Storm 5G, a new phone.

Lava posted a teaser poster on X that included a picture of what appears to be a "storm" swirling around with the words "coming soon" at the bottom. In a different post, the corporation continued the "storm" concept and included a brief clip of lightning striking the sky. An additional webpage on the official Lava website has a picture of lightning with the phrase "coming soon."

The Lava Storm 5G moniker is confirmed by the incoming phone's Amazon microsite, though. The forthcoming smartphone's rear panel is hinted at in the photograph on the website. Two distinct circular camera units are visible in the upper left corner, arranged vertically, and are followed by a small circular LED unit. The power button and volume rockers are positioned on the right edge of the phone, as shown in the phone's shape.

In the meantime, tipster Abhishek Yadav (@yabhishekhd) asserts that Lava's upcoming smartphone debut is imminent and that its Indian price may not exceed Rs. 15,000. Additionally, he says that a MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ SoC might be included in the phone.

The 4GB + 128GB model of the recently released Lava Blaze 2 5G costs Rs. 9,299 in India, while the 6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 128GB versions are priced at Rs. 10,999 and Rs. 11,099, respectively. Glass Orange, Glass Blue, and Glass Black are the available color options for the phone.
